Saturday, August 2nd, 2025

The first day

  • Coaches will leave the Radisson Hotel Hasselt at 12:30pm sharp.
  • Please arrive at the venue by 2:30pm
  • Refreshments from 2:45pm – 3:30pm
  • Ceremony to start at 3:30pm
  • Reception & canopies from 4:30pm
  • Dinner at 6:30pm
  • Entertainment until late

The second day

  • Breakfast served at the hotel until 11am
  • Barbeque from 2:30pm with drinks reception and entertainment until late.
